[OSM-talk-ie] Ulster and Northern Ireland boundaries

Hi,

I've tweaked the boundary of Ulster (RoI) by changing z=5 to admin_level=5

As this affects 2 countries, 3 provinces, 11 counties ... and so on, I thought I might mention it, in case something ends up broken. :)

2. The boundaries of Fermanagh / Northern Ireland / UK are still broken at Fermanagh and just north of Derry. As can be seen here: http://www.itoworld.com/map/159?lon=-7.20244&lat=54.68935&zoom=8&fullscreen=true
