[OSM-talk-ie] Congratulations to Stephen on passing the ten thousand mark

We do seem, slowly and methodically, to be getting there with the townlands. Thanks go to all of those that supported the effort and put in the early impetus, especially you KDDA, without which this would certainly not have happened. 

As Ulster and Leinster approach 100%, there will be a need for us all to look the other two provinces to give the mappers working there a supporting hand, should they want that.
