[OSM-talk-ie] Newcomer to Irish mapping, and a small edit

Hello, all --

On a recent trip to Glenariff in County Antrim, I got lost enough times
on one small road that I decided to map it properly. I thought It would
be appropriate to notify the local OSM community, and so I joined this
list. (I'm hoping that this is the right community, since I couldn't
find an equivalent group for Northern Ireland specifically.)

The edits are in Changeset 36336498 from 3 January 2016.

Normally I do occasional mapping in the USA's Pacific Northwest.
