[OSM-talk-ie] Waterford Greenway

I did some of the tagging of the line at the western end of the
line/Greenway, using potlatch; I guess there's a mix of tags, and relations.
It seems easy to create relations with the same name but different database
reference numbers

I've added the eurovelo 1 relation to the eastern section (Kilmeaden -
Waterford) but held off on the NCN relation, as I can't seem to continue on
the existing ncn relation.

One possibly confusing issue is that there is a narrow gauge railway from
Kilmeaden down towards Waterford, which is tagged electrified=no
but there are bits with the gague still 1600, while the actual gauge is
sub-metre.

I didn't see any tags saying the railway was electrified, they all said
electrified=no. Is it clearer if the entire tag is removed?
I haven't been on the section since it opened, so I'm not sure if the rails
were removed or not. there are a pair of rails left on another Greenway in
the Midlands, there may
be here too. I'll probably get on this section over the next few weeks. If
the rails are gone, I'll remove any gauge mentions.
