Hi,


Tidying up some addresses, I have a 47 entries where:

* addr:city=Offaly

* addr:housenumber=Shinrone
* addr:street=Roscrea Road

Where addr:city should be addr:county and addr:housenumber should be addr:city. Let's ignore for the moment that the Roscrea Road name is questionable at the Roscrea end.

Similarly, I have:
* addr:city=Swords, Co. Dublin (174) - space
* addr:city=Swords, Co.Dublin (108) - no space

They should all really be addr:city=Swords and addr:county=Dublin or at a minimum, they should be the same.

Fixing these manually is fine when there are only a few, but what is the simplest way of rectifying these types of errors when there are dozens or hundreds?
