Overpass-turbo will find things like this. Once you have the query correct, it will find 99.99% of things (I've only had errors 3 times in a year). http://url.ie/11un5

To edit the query, click on the Wizard. You can run queries like.

amenity=drinking_water
amenity=drinking_water in Mayo
highway=motorway and oneway!=yes

The last one, with the exclamation mark, finds motorway that isn't one-way.
