[OSM-talk-ie] Overpass Turbo

I took the opportunity to update the IE overpass api to the latest version
0.7.54:

This involved a fresh db import from http://planet.openstreetmap.ie/

I don't know why the ie overpass gives different results when you search
for NI police stations:

http://url.ie/11t49

The global overpass appears to give more results for exaxt same query:

http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/pqG

The global overpass may have some hot fixes applied which are not in 0.7.54.

Might be worth asking on the overpass list.
