Lest anyone think that WE  are the ones who are confused here. :)

 

3 new amending Sis appeared a week or 2 back. One refers to Louth.

So 

 

1.  The committee recommended “Dundalk Municipal Borough District”
2.  SI 626 of 2018 mandated “The Borough District of Dundalk”
3.  SI 6 of 2019 mandated “The Municipal District of Dundalk”
 
Note that amending SIs were also issued for Wicklow and for Meath.
