[OSM-talk-ie] Mapping at the border

my expectation (informed speculation, no more than that) is that most
border crossings will be green channel crossings for people with nothing to
declare. Those crossing with goods to declare will have to use designated
red channel crossings and routes to somewhere they can place goods under
customs control for inspection and release into the market for general
circulation. The A5 crossing near 54.3999142,-6.9771758 would be a good
example of a place that might be suitable for a red channel crossing.

I expect there would be a mapping requirement for some of the changes, and
if I am right about what they do it might be worth thinking about how to
tag the crossings as green/red or whatever.
