[OSM-talk-ie] Coastline on tidal rivers

Hi Mike,

Not too sure if it is related but there is a historic anomaly here, 
Kenmare River although obviously a bay was classified as a river by 
successive lords of Lansdowne in order to secure fishing rights to the 
entire bay.
