Hi Stephen,

I'm not aware of anything but I'm not an admin on the mailing list. Will
track down an admin and determine if this is the case. Seems like a bug if
empty digests are going out so may need us to engage with the OSMF
operations team to upgrade mailman or something.

Will update when I know more.
