Like Tony, I also delete construction lines immediately after using them 
(I also use them for lining up rows of farm buildings), but in this case 
it'd be nice if iD allowed you to select the different parts of the 
roundabout and circularise them together. It's been requested at 
https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/issues/2048 .
