[OSM-talk-ie] Tagging multiple use buildings

What is the best way to tag multiple use buildings?  I've a case of parking
underground, retail shops on the ground floor, offices on first floor, a
medical centre on the second, apartments on floors 3,4 and 5 and a communal
roof garden with paths, seating and a water feature on the roof.  A quick
and easy option is a 6 level building.
