[OSM-talk-ie] New aerial photography

Hi,

There seems to be new Bing Maps Aerial photography for some of Monaghan and much of Dublin. It is dated March-September 2023. I haven't checked elsewhere.

I think there were recent updates for parts of Tipperary and surrounding areas.

Some Esri World Imagery is also quite recent.
