[Talk-il] Hebrew in the Wiki

Hi,

Almost a year ago I  started to translate some wiki pages to Hebrew, but
gave up after finding it too cumbersome.
I couldn't align the text to the right and mixing Hebrew and English in the
same line is close to impossible.

Any suggestions?
