== Main city roads ==

How should we mark main city roads?
Can I identify somehow what road is a main one ?

We should set up some very clean rules, so we and specialy I will now how to
set a road as main road.
I marked several roads in Netanya as main road by tagging them
highway:tertiary

But on the Israel project page it says to tag roads with 4 digits as
tertiary.
This should be clearified.

== Israel Map features ==

I have set up a Israeli map features page:

This page does include in this some Israel specific things.
Example :
- information how to set up the Israeli streets.
- removed information about military buildings and areas, as I thing this
should never be shown on Israel maps. (do you agree?)
-- still missing -- a complete naming convetion guide how to setup street
and city names.

== road naming convetion ==

There are so many possiblitys how to set up street and citynames:
- name:
- alt_name:
- int_name:
- nat_name:
- reg_name:
- loc_name:
- old_name:

we should define what information are saved in what tag.
I know that there was a conversation about that, but I didn't see anything
written on the project page.
