ok - just joined. GBP 15 per year is not very much - I would suggest for a
start that all of us join and that be the qualification for membership in the
India chapter until such time as we can decide on formal qualifications for
that. I feel starting the chapter is fairly urgent in view of all the noise
being made about security etc. Some sort of official looking badge or ID card
would be a great help in times when we are questioned.
