Hi,

Panipat bypass is unique in that, unlike most bypasses which go around the
town - Panipat bypass goes through the town. It is partially elevated and
partially on the ground level, but there are no entrances or exits. It is a
six lane divided highway - once you are on it, you can only get off on the
other end. No traffic lights obviously. I am contemplating mapping it as a
motorway. What say?

Looking at Delhi metro - it is either underground or elevated. The underground
portions should be tagged as tunnel=yes and layer=-1 (or even -2 depending on
how deep). The elevated portions have to be tagged as bridge=yes and layer=1
(or 2 or even 3) depending on the height and what is under it. Could someone
familiar with the metro do the needful.
