I'd unfortunately have to miss, due to be in Cuba and NYC for conferences that week.
Later in the month is better personally .. but then again, at this point my presence in India then is waiting on further developments anyway.

hi,

looking at events scheduled in february, I find 6,7 and 8th feb 2009 is the 
only free weekend. Can we have the conference then? Since it is the first, we 
do not need to worry about numbers. If Ooty is too far for most of the 
participants we can contemplate having it in some more central location.
