[Talk-in] setting up mapnik on lenny

fwiw, I'm finding it pretty straightforward to install mapnik+osm2pgsql+mod_tile on the latest versions of Ubuntu and Debian. Let me know you get stuck on anything.

I do not want to do it, but to test out mapnik customisation I need a local 
install - with several caches between me and the server, It takes ages to 
debug errors.
