[Talk-in] ESRI shape file for India's official borders

Ideally i feel every country should have its official boundary in the osm
database, in addition to whatever is internationally recognized. This way
the data can be used by people of that country without too much trouble.

For instance China's official borders eat into Arunachal
Pradesh<http://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=27.71&mlon=94.79&zoom=7&layers=B000FTF>.
What i think should be done in cases like these (and in J&K) is to duplicate
that line of claim and change the styling, to dashed perhaps and also label
it clearly like 'Boundary claimed by China' so that people know what its
there for. Instead of making changes to the original official shapefile.
