[Talk-in] 'Maps for Making Change' in India

This looks like an extremely interesting opportunity and i would mostly be
applying on some topic related to civic governance. I have been quite busy
lately thanks to my academics, hopefully i would be getting time to spare
for this. Is anyone else planning to apply?
