have put it up like this:
amenity = auto_stand
auto_stand = prepaid
auto_stand = meter

I have made some crude icons also, if prepaid or meter is not there, the 
default auto will be shown. If you wish to see it in your area, please upload 
before midnight german time and you can see it tomorrow. When better looking 
icons are forthcoming, I will add them.
