[Talk-in] osm and advocacy

hi,

there was a thread some time back about using maps for advocacy/social change. 
Anyway the Trivandrum golf course is under threat - the government is thinking 
of converting it into a housing colony. Even if you do not appreciate golf, 
think of it as a valuable lung for the city. I have blogged about it, and feel 
that one way of making it popular is by creating a real good map of it - and 
publicising it world wide. I have done the map - some of it is reflected in 
OSM, and in a day or two the full fledged map will appear on our server. Please 
help publicise this - anyone who is anyone in golf in south India is now well 
aware of OSM, and some of them are even contemplating contributing to it.
