[Talk-in] veg and non-veg

hi,
In India, the crucial differentiation for restaurants is veg or non-veg. I 
propose tags for this (only for India of course):

restaurant=veg <------------ symbol for this would be the restaurant symbol 
sorrounded by a green circle
restaurant=nonveg <------- symbol symbol with red circle

How this would work would be, the additional tags would be ignored by the osm 
server, and the general restaurant symbol shown. On the indian server, if 
these tags are there, they will be shown.
