[Talk-in] Help needed for resolving tagging exceptions

Hey indians,

I would like to remind you about the previous mail which was about
some tagging exceptions specific to india. Which included shops like
sweet stalls, handy crafts , training institutes . . . Etc I request
you to come up with some sort of solution or direct me to the solution
if available.
