If you're looking for a cheap but functional Android device -- and I highly
recommend Android over Symbian for the extra functionality and app ecosystem
-- try the Samsung Galaxy i5700. Rs 13,400 last I heard, and selling too
well to be in stock most places. Your local Samsung dealer should know where
to source one.
