[Talk-in] Atlas style using maperitive

Preview of a style file i have been working on for rendering Indian osm
data:

It uses the motorroad=yes tag that i proposed to show upgraded highways
instead of using the motorway tag (
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/India:Tags/Highway). I have also made use
of the place=town/city polygon to draw urban area outlines of cities.
