[Talk-in] Mapping party in bangalore

Hi friends,

I recently needed to share a link of an area on Bannerghatta road in
Bangalore so I thought I will share the link through OpenStreetMap.
However I found that the area between Dairy Circle and Jayadeva
flyover on Bannerghatta road is not covered at all in OpenStreetMap.
Hence unfortunately I had to use google maps. Please let me know if
there are any mapping party planned in bangalore during which we can
cover this area also. I have few friends who will be glad to help if
guided.
Also wanted to know if there are any apps for Android smartphones
which can be used to map data.
