[Talk-in] NRSC Landuse data in public domain

Better if we can do it on the letterhead of a Govt body like 
http://www.hbcse.tifr.res.in

I can talk with Dr Nagarjuna at TIFR about doing this. When did you 
contact Dr Harish Karnatak and what did you ask him for?
