[Talk-in] ISRO using osm data

While playing around with bhuvan, i found out that their wms layers of
national highways and hospital were actually made using osm data. I did a
quick comparison to verify:

Its good to see that ISRO/NRSA has an eye on openstreetmap now. This can be
used to build a case for opening up for more data from  government agencies.
