[Talk-in] how to modify State

potlatch 2:

1. select the boundary way
2. change to advanced view (link at bottom left)
3. select the relation by double clicking
4. in the "edit relation" popup select advanced again
5. double click on an empty row to add new tags, like name:hi and the 
hindi name

the name tag (without :en or :hi) should contain the locally used name, 
which is a tricky one in india. at the moment this is english for the 
state and district relations, because (1) i had no other data and (2) 
it's official language throughout the whole county.

proper would probably be, as example for karnatka, something like this:

name = name in kannada
name:en = Karnataka
name:de = Karnataka

and so on...

and please: naming only in relations. the boundary ways do not have names
