[Talk-in] Indian OSM server

Hey

renderd wasn't running on the server, restarted it, and tiles are being generated again, India-wide.

We can run as many styles as we want. I like Arun's style, but it doesn't serve every purpose :).

Permalinks and stuff, that just takes some javascript and time (I'm a little short on the latter right now).
