[Talk-in] No rationalization of NHs numbers

Hi Prasanth,

Change will be slow, because 60 years we were using old system.
Govt is using new highway numbering for newly declared highways.
And now few tenders floated by nhai have also new highway numbering.

News report refered in wiki is old one of 2011
