Sukhjit, you can find links to openstreetmap 3d projects on the wiki:

Its not possible to upload sketchup models into the osm server. Rather,
buildings are stored using native osm geometries using the schema defined
here: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Simple_3D_Buildings
and rendered online on F4 maps:
http://map.f4-group.com/
If you are particular on using sketchup you could try asking on
https://help.openstreetmap.org
