[Talk-in] Mapping collaboration of the week - Agra

After the successful launch of our own OSM India tasking manager (Thank you
Sajjad!), lets test out the systems by tracing out the country's top
tourist destination - Agra.

In the first pass we will be focusing entirely on tracing the complete road
network of the city. The tasking manager makes it easy for all of us to
trace together without getting into conflicts. If anyone ends up with
twisted fingers, please report here.
