Explore OSMAnd I think it may solve what you need.
One of the best tools I found was GPSLogger on Blackberry from eMacberry
It doesn't save directly to OSM but it's a simple job using JOSM.
Columbus V990 is another cool standalone inexpensive data logger with an option for audio markers for POIs.
