[Talk-in] Ward and Assembly boundaries of Bengaluru

There is opendata of all the BBMP wards of the city under ODbL here:
http://openbangalore.org/available-data/

I converted the shape to .osm, fixed validation errors and added political
boundary tags based on
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_India/Boundaries#Legislative_boundaries

There is an excellent script that was used for Jakarta boundaries that
could be repurposed to create proper boundary relations for the wards as
well as assembly constituencies with the same data

Could not make much progress understanding the python code, can anyone help?
