[Talk-in] Map of InternetShutdowns in India - Need Help!

Hello Arun, Sajjad, Srinivas,

Looks like it was a false alarm. I had not received the screenshot from
the person who raised the concern by the time I sent out the email.

I only got it today morning. It seems to have been taken way before the
scripts kicked in. The HTML on the sidebar, generated by ractivejs was
also missing in the screenshot.

But I gave the problem the benefit of doubt because at the default zoom
level, the 'wrong' boundaries are visible as dotted lines even after the
gl-boundaries fix is applied.[1]

Arun, can you confirm that the library fixes Arunachal's boundaries also?

Anyway, please review the work and file bugs if you find any. Of course,
PRs/MRs are most welcome.
