[Talk-in] Mapping PDS shops

Hi,

The Public Distribute System (PDS)[1] provides food items (including oil
and sugar) at subsidized prices. There are about 5,00,000 fair price shops
(also commonly known as ration shops) across the country in the PDS network
and over 30,000 shops in Tamil Nadu[2].

What would be the best way to map these shops? A combination of building =
civic or public and shop = convenience or general?

A fair price shop does not have as many items as a convenience store. It
sells limited items at a subsidized price.
