[Talk-in] Tagging guidelines for buildings

Thanks!
I will try this method when I go for multi storied buildings.

I hope someone can put all these under tagging guidelines in the wiki.
(Being newcomer I really don't know how to update wiki, who is allowed to update, is a common consensus needed etc. so pardon my ignorance. :) )
