*Some Key Take Aways:*
- We did a JamBoard Session
<https://jamboard.google.com/d/12cvvLBHlJtBRzlCi8Fq4u_VNHaYxx9sOCt-zbDplDvQ/edit?usp=sharing>
together
with the participants and collected their feedback on the following
questions.

*a. What should be our priority in mapping?b. What are the possible
activities we can do in the next year to boost community building and
collaboration between OSM India Communities?c. What are current challenges
that the community might be facing in terms of community building?d. What
other questions do you think is important to discuss with everyone in
moving forward this National Dialogues?*

Note: Some participants were not able to join but they were able to share
their thoughts based on a survey.

*NEXT Steps:*

We will now be needing to prepare for the Booster Grants (a seed funding
for OSM India Communities in the following months). We need the following
for this:

1. Legal Organization - The legal organization will be the accountable
organization in releasing the funding. The Hub will be disbursing the funds
to them so that they will be working with the Facilitating Team in
releasing the funding for implementation of activities and smaller
projects. They will be incharge of the reporting and financial tracking.

2. Hopefully, we can schedule some and continue on the dialogues in the
following weeks so we have a clearer idea of the objectives, direction,
etc. We hope this initiative would start from you and feel free to invite
me in this discussions.

3. Here are some project ideas coming from our Booster Grantees in
Bangladesh, Nepal and the Philippines.
