[Talk-in] Tagging roads by Motor-cycle access

Hi Devdatta,

We can use motorcycle=yes/no
<https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:motorcycle?uselang=en> tag for 2
wheelers and
motorcar=yes/no/designated
<https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:motorcar?uselang=en> tag for 4
wheelers
For auto-rickshaws, we can use auto_rikshaw = yes/no
<https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:auto_rickshaw>
