Hi Mayur,
I think there might have been a misunderstanding in what OSM is. OSM is a
community contributed Database , where people from all over the world
create and edit map data. See:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/About_OpenStreetMap
OSM by itself does not have any Services or API for Data, though it does
release it's data regularly here: https://planet.openstreetmap.org/
There are several commercial players who have built their Services on top
of OSM data, and you can consume their API Services at a price. This
includes organisations like MapBox, Graphopper, OpenCageData and so on.
If you prefer, there are several self-hosted options as well, where you can
take open source applications, which use OSM data, and serve out Geocoding,
Routing & tiles API services.
I hope that this clarifies things a bit.
