The OpenStreetMap data is available under a free Odbl license:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright

If you are talking about using the tiles that are visible on the OSM
website, then that comes under the Tile usage policy:
https://operations.osmfoundation.org/policies/tiles/

You could use it in a commercial website as long as you follow the
instructions given on the above link.
