[OSM-Iraq] MapRoulette challenge for street names in Baghdad

Hi Lukasz,

Yes, certainly. This effort was already underway, one of the mappers asked for help here https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/64733334 so we created the MapRoulette challenge to make it easier to collaborate. It looks like it is already finished so I’ll take a look.
