[Talk-is] Requesting help to get started adding new data

Dear all.

 

I have plans to collect and add new data to the OSM for Iceland. I would
appreciate assistance and hints regarding best methods, tools, programs and
any other related things that may be useful to maximise the benefit from the
work we're about to undertake.
