[Talk-is] Party render for Iceland

I added the names to the residential roads in Fossvogur, but it seems
I forgot to note the names of the streets east of Ósland (Markland,
Logaland, Ljósaland and Láland according to ja.is).  I won't be able
to resurvey the area before I fly back to Denmark tomorrow so I just
added this as a bug to openstreetbug.org for somebody else to survey.
