[Talk-is] Breiðholt north of Breiðholtsbraut now on the map

There are some streets missing in Grafarvogur and Breiðholt that I know of.

I just did some streets in Kopavogur last weekend, Lautasmári, Arnarsmári
and the surroundings, didn't have time to finish it though.
