I see by your edits that you've started adding complete=yes, good stuff.

Yeah it's really basic right now but I'm going to (but don't know
when!) make it more awesome, specifically.

 * Parse vegaskrá and thus display a list of things we don't have (grayed out)
 * Also check the relation members and check:
   * If the name=* network=* and ref=* keys on the ways match the relation
   * Compute per-way and overall source=* statistics
   * How many % of them have maxspeed=*
   * Anything else?

What tool says maxspeed 35 is unusual? Perhaps we should get that fixed.

Yeah, we should tag things like this in the data.

The highway list generator is really crappy, but I'm going to try to
make it into a proper tool.
